The Advantages of Using PE Coated Paper Bottom Rolls

Dedicated Liquid Barrier for the Container Interior: The single-sided PE coating provides a perfect, impermeable barrier exactly where it is needed--on the inside of the cup. This prevents hot or cold liquids from soaking into the paper wall, maintaining the cup's strength and preventing leakage.
Superior Heat Sealability for Forming the Bottom: This is a critical manufacturing advantage. During cup production, the PE-coated blank is placed with the PE side facing down. A pre-made paper bottom disc (which is also PE-coated on one side) is placed with its PE side facing up.
